ValetPRO partners up with Club Lotus

ValetPRO has partnered with Club Lotus on a new YouTube series in which professional detailers care for members’ Lotus cars using ValetPRO products. The series includes three formats: Detailing Processes, Meet the Detailer and Meet the Driver, with new episodes planned most weeks.

Thank you for taking the time to read our blog.
I wanted to start by telling you about a partnership ValetPRO has had with Club Lotus for many years now. I have personally been writing detailing articles for Club Lotus for several years, and I wanted to write a better article, one that brought ValetPRO much closer to our customers.
The idea started with offering Club Lotus members the opportunity to have their cars detailed with ValetPRO products. It was something I was going to do myself, because yes, I still love cleaning cars. If there are household or garden jobs to be done, I somehow find a way to start cleaning cars instead. Offering to clean my wife’s car is normally the best sidestep to household chores. I find car care a therapeutic activity and it’s one of my joys in life.
Anyway, this year (2026) the hosepipe ban arrived around the time we started booking in details with Club Lotus members, so I made the decision to have the cars done by our trade customers. Maybe I should be thanking the water board for being so rubbish! We reached out to our Pro Consumers, the professional detailers who use our products and they loved the idea of being part of our new YouTube series. This is where our idea really started to take shape.
Yes, ValetPRO is going full YouTube, something I wanted to do eight or more years ago. But this time we have a real focus. We are making three series:
- ValetPRO Detailing Processes
- Meet the Detailer: To help promote the detailers we work with, and to give something back for the business they have given us over the years. Thank you to all our current and future Pro Consumers.
- Meet the Driver: Being a car lover, I really enjoy hearing about people’s car choices and how their cars came into their lives. The format might change, but we start by going for a drive with the owner and finding out more about them, their car and how they ended up with it.

These are the core series we are introducing. Although we are starting with Lotus, we will be working with other car groups we have been involved with, and likely new ones in the future.
If you like vintage cars, we are planning to film a detail on a pre-1905 French car belonging to a local friend I met during lockdown. I’m keeping the exact make under wraps for now, as we’ll reveal everything about it when the episode is released. I’m very excited about this one, because detailing a car this old will be very different from anything we’ve done before, and I expect it to make a fascinating episode.
