Delivery fee:
A £7 delivery fee will be added to every UK D2C website order below £45. Orders over £45 will receive free UK delivery (Standard delivery terms). Any promotional discounts or limits against our standard delivery terms will be for D2C website orders only.
Turn-around:
We operate between 09:00 - 17:00 GMT, Monday - Friday and aim to despatch your D2C website order within 2-3 working days.
We are currently closed between Christmas and New Year. Any orders placed will not be despatched until the 3rd of January 2023.
Returns and Refunds:
Items damaged on delivery - Please inform the delivery person (at the time of them making delivery) of any damage to items in the first instance and then contact ValetPRO via telephone to report damage on delivery. Alternatively, Contact Us .
Reporting a problem - If you are not completely satisfied with a ValetPRO product then please contact us via our Contact Us page to inform us of the problem. We will then contact you via your preferred contact method to resolve the problem.
